Great location and very comfortable accomodation if you dont mind climbing stairs.
Great staff, clean and wonderful lounge and terrace area. Good location in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, museums etc. Lovely to have a top sheet and effective cool aircon as it was very hot weather.
Pillows were very flat, TV very small and could only get youtube programs in English. Stairs were a killer for me as it was an extremely hot spell and no lift.

I was suffering from a bad knee but the climb up the stairs was worth the room at the top
It is a 'guest' house, not a hotel, but the owner lives on a lower floor in the building and was easily accessible. Coldest AC I have ever had in Europe. There was a common area with couches as well as a small outdoor terrace.
Is on an upper floor with no elevator so lots of steps.
